Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged, torn, or with faulty/disturbed prints.
  • A wrong item was delivered that cannot be exchanged.

You must submit a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method after your request has been reviewed and approved.

Please Note:
We do not issue refunds for sizing issues. Please check the size guide before placing your order.

Exchanges

If the item doesn’t fit or you received the wrong size, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

Return address and shipping details will be provided upon approval of the return/exchange request.
